I don't usually leave reviews but after speaking with Shaun Hanson -- I was genuinely impressed by the high level of professionalism and service provided. Extremely knowledgeable, super patient, answered all my questions, and most importantly made the whole process stress-free and easy. You really just don't expect that these days, especially when dealing with insurance. People talk about “Jake from State Farm" and his khakis but Shaun is the real deal not some paid actor. Just honest help from someone who clearly cares and knows what they’re doing. 10/10 !

Never have I ever had a pleasant experience dealing with insurance. Until I spoke to Sean Hanson. Sean was extremely helpful and kind, he took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my policy and explained it clearly. Sean answered all of my questions and helped me get a lower rate compared to what I had with my previous insurance. Sean really shows what customer service is all about.
