Jim Purcell’s State Farm office consistently provides punctual and professional service. They patiently answer questions and never try to B.S. me. They are a pleasure to do business with.

Had a couple of frustrating dealings with the DMV this year and if it wasn't for Jim, Mary and Kyler, I might have had to deal with a license suspension. When the documents I brought the the DMV office didn't suffice and I was sent home, they got on the line with the department and ironed everything out. Major headache averted. Thanks team!

Worst experience I ever had with an insurance company. Please don’t use this agency. Incompetent. No customer service. Jim just made excuses for error based on an employee that was new and left the company. If I could give Zero rate I would. He saw how disgusted I was told me to look for other insurance company. I have home insurance with State Farm I should have used another agent. Be on DISGUSTED………Never Again
