"I am very happy with State Farm. Thankfully I have never had to make a claim but feel confident if I do it would be handled efficiently and professionally.
Although my rates have gone up slightly, the annual policy review was helpful in understanding the reasons (everyone's rates have increased).
I love the drive safe and save feature because it's a constant reminder to be extra attentive to my driving habits.

"Jim was very nice in our call. He took time to walk me through the details and was patient as I proposed a number of what if scenarios to see about impact on premium. At no point was he "pushy" about additional insurance offers. It was a pleasure to work with him and in the end I ended up not just getting auto insurance but I got a much better coverage for my home that was expensive than what I had been using. I highly recommend Jim and State Farm, I had an excellent experience."
